I use a counseling approach that is positive, active and solution-oriented, with the goal of helping my clients achieve hope, fulfillment and growth in their personal lives and relationships. I specialize in relationship and marriage counseling and have advanced training two of the most renowned and successful approaches to marital and relationship therapy, each of which have been scientifically validated, Gottman Method Couples Therapy & Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
